Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, Tortoni's Tango Show, The Oberlix, The Colon Theatre, The Casa Rosada and the shopping area and both Plaza de Mayo and the famous obelisk. It was not too far from Antonio"s Pizza, where you can have dinner...

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Gran Hotel Ailen. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff, especially Carlos, were incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth. Despite the minor drawbacks of the breakfast and noise from neighboring rooms, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's shampoo and conditioner were also a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions and had easy access to public transport. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even better, especially the reception desk employees who were always willing to help us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel is a bit dated and some of the facilities could use an update. The walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors and noise from the hallway.
