We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Gran Hotel Ailen. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff, especially Carlos, were incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth. Despite the minor drawbacks of the breakfast and noise from neighboring rooms, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's shampoo and conditioner were also a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
